Hi All,

We have a web server that uses IIS, and we have a concern regarding the disk size that will be full because we activated the log iis. we moved the log iis directory to the file server but after we moved the logs did not appear in the new directory (file server). has anyone ever experienced the same thing?

Really appreciate for your answer.

    Hi

I don't think it is a good idea do change the log location to a Fileshare due to performance. Instead I think instead you should keep the log files locally and either configure how long you want to keep it or configure some kind of batch job that will run once a day to move log files older than x days to your file server, if you need to keep the log file.

    Best Regards

    Thomas
