Every time I try to use VS2022 I end up running back to VS2008. I have installed it on a spare PC and I am finding several issues which I will raise in separate posts as recommended in the forum.

Find/Replace

Is there any way the Find/Replace panel can be docked as it was in VS2008? I find it extremely difficult to use as it is so small and cluttered, and I use it a lot!

Press <Ctrl+F> for Quick Find and Replace (small window) or <Ctrl+Shift+F> for extended dialog, which can be docked. The commands are also available in EDIT menu.
