Every time I try to use VS2022 I end up running back to VS2008. I have installed it on a spare PC and I am finding several issues which I will raise in separate posts as recommended in the forum.
The menus in VS2022 are in upper case, something I haven't seen in any other program. Is there a preference somewhere so I can which to a more normal style? There as a mass of research in the UK from 1955 which confirms that it is much easier to read text in lower case - which is why all our road signs use it!

BTW, the title(menus) isn’t set to all-caps by default. Sometimes reset VS settings may be useful.

It's very hade to understand why developers would spend effort on a change like this which goes against all the research when there are other issues to resolve.

The horrible uppercase menus can be changed with the Environment, General, "Apply title case styling to menu bar" option.
