    Hi @Sayyed Anas

1, What model of machine you are deploying? Is your environment integrated SCCM with MDT?

2, Which steps did the error occurring in the task sequence? After this error occurs, can the task sequence be continued? Please help upload smsts.log for our reference.

3, Besides, there are several similar threaders for your reference:

I am deploying Dell Latitude 5430 and yes, MDT is integrated with SCCM.

It gives me this message and I insert the USB and then select it from Boot Menu, it loads the files and then fails at the very first step where it checks the MDT Toolkit package. I tried to get the smsts logs however it doesn’t allow me to open cmd even if I have enabled cmd in boot menu..
