Does Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager SCCM deploy software for Active directory user in windows server?

So i am using window server 2022 active directory, I am.planning to deploy exe file to the user, and I came around with SCCM, but I .not sure how exactly it work abd how exactly i have to download this, so it get link to my active directory user.

Can you please tell me if this SCCM able to deploy exe file to my terget users? If so how and what should I do?

    To deploy a software for Active directory user, we need to enable AD User Discovery first and sync the user to SCCM, then create a user collection and deploy the application to the user collection.
