Question about Microsoft Developer fees

Hello,

I just had a simple question about publishing apps to the Microsoft store. Does Microsoft take 5%, or 15%? I've read a few articles that each share different information.

Also, more specifically, do these same percentages apply to the in-app purchases as well? Is it 5% or 15%?
