Hi @Valérie Renard
Does this issue occur with other users in your organization?
Please refer to this article 'Error Code 0x8004de40 or 0x8004de88 when signing in to OneDrive'.
- Please check your Internet connection, if there is any proxy or VPN connection, you may disconnect it temporarily. You may also change the Internet environment, such as using phone hotspot for a test.
- If there is the anti-virus software, I suggest you quit it for a test. (For details to temporarily turn off firewall, Proxy, Antivirus on Windows, you may refer to points 5,6,7 in this article.)
- Then you need to ensure TLS has been updated that configure .NET to support TLS 1.2, since TLS 1.0 and 1.1 for most Microsoft 365 services in the world wide environment are disabled.
- If these steps do not work, it's recommended to following the steps in article to continue troubleshoooting: Check cipher suites settings, Check TLS protocols, Restart the device and Try to reset OneDrive.
(Please note that some operations require Administrator implementation, if required, I suggest you contact IT for assistance.)
