Good day,

I am using Windows Server 2022 Datacenter, and we can not have more than 2 current remote desktop connections, as it prompts to logoff one of the users. I have followed previous similar topics in the forum and updated group policies already. Is there any other workaround for this issue?

You'll need to add the Remote Desktop Services role and purchase RDS Cals. You can follow along here to complete the steps.

Unfortunately Microsoft hasn't allowed more than two RDP sessions for many years on Windows Server. You can always purchase a 5-user Remote Desktop license. Looks like its around $478.
