I would like to have a tab with all my "to do tags" listed and organized. As i use different notebooks (some of them shared), it's difficult to use the "search" option. It lissts all the things i need and don't need.

It would be useful to have a dedicated tab to list all "to do" tags, which i would define from which notebooks to be taken.

If i could list tasks from all notebooks i'd like to see, and then check them "done" in one place (updating in all notebooks), this would have a significant impact on my work.

    If you want to define tags from which notebooks to be taken for tags, I suggest you post a new thread on Microsoft Feedback community. Thanks for your understandings.

    Becaues as you said, the Search option has fixed selections, we are unabled to define notebooks outside of those.
