Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

We have a problem with Exchange 2016, when I access DNS Lookup of a mailbox server in Ecp, I get an error like this, help me to solve

    Hi @ Luu The Hai, Please refer to the following steps to check settings and see if it changes :

    1.Check that TLS 1.2 is enabled on all servers, and disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 .

    2.Check whether the certificate binding in IIS is correct and check the authentication of each site.

    Confirm permissions on the service account for the Configuration container that's created for the product...

    CN=QGPM,CN=Quest,CN=Services,CN=Configuration

    Confirm permissions on the service account for the SYSVOL container where the polices actually reside.

    Also confirm if you can actually create a GPO within the native tools.
