Facing Network issue in creating app package

While creating a new app package for a newer version of an existing app to publish in the Microsoft Store, we have been facing a network issue for the past few days, as shown in the image below.

So please give me any suggestions for this issue.

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Network issue in creating app package.

    1. Go to Settings>Apps and highlight Microsoft Store, choose Advanced Settings, then Reset. After it resets, restart PC.
      1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Try to connect to different Network or Internet provider.
