I was downloaded and trying to istall .NET framework 3.5 for a applaction but it gived me the 0x80070422 error. isearched and found something to solve but shows again error code 0*80070422.

it describe windows couldn't complete the requested changes either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

Have you tried Enable the .NET Framework 3.5 in Control Panel.

Hello,

It is possible that the feature is disabled, please try the next:

1.Hit the – Win+S.

2.Type – windows features.

3.Press the – Enter.

4.Select the box for – NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and .NET 3.0).

5.Also, fill the check box set before – NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services.

6.Next, click the – OK.

You can also try to enable through CMD as Administrator with the next command line: Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /source:C:\ /LimitAccess

Install any pending Windows Updates, and if the issue still appears, try the downloadable installer at: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=21
