Cannot find Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/linkedServices

Hello Team,

Our client does not provide "Synapse Artifact Publisher" role for deploying synapse artifacts to higher environments. As per their policy, they create custom roles and add required RBAC permissions and assign them to the service principal.

The below required RBAC permissions are not present when we search for it from workspace IAM tab.

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/sqlScripts/write

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/sqlScripts/delete

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/pipelines/write

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/pipelines/delete

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/triggers/write

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/triggers/delete

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/linkedServices/write

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/linkedServices/delete

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/credentials/useSecret

Microsoft.Synapse/workspaces/artifacts/read

Any help how to locate these permissions?

    Nagesh CL I got a confirmation from PG that synapse RBAC does not support custom roles. Here is existing feedback logged by another user in IDEAS forum, please feel free to add your comments and upvote as it would help increase the priority of feature request.
