First, I logon the Windows with userA, and create another local account user B in settings. Then I lock the screen and click "other users" in the Logon UI and input the username and password of B and try to enter. Normally, I should enter Windows with userB (I should see something like "welcome..."). But sometimes after I finish my input and press enter key, I enter the system but return to the Logon UI at once. I should logon again.

If I input the username and password of B, I will enter windows normally. If I input another username, the Logon UI may be black sometimes.

The Window version is 10.0.22621.1105.

But this problem does not happen on all computers. I have tried three computers but it only happened on one.

    1. For a black screen, use the following keyboard shortcut: Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B
    2. Please boot your Computer in safe mode and see if the screen still goes Blank or Black ?
    3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    4. Perform any pending Windows update.
    5. Disable fast startup using below command.
