Window server 2019, how to remote access by multi users

Hello,

We have one windows server station, and one Administrator account on it, we would like more than 2 engineers can remote log in the server with the same Administrator account, and work in parallel without interruption.

What is the best solution for us to buy the CALs, by user or by device, how about the cost, for example we have 8 engineers.

HI ,

Logging on to Server with the same admin account will allow only one engineer to work , the other engineer would need another account to work parallely.
