Production checkpoints cannot be created for 'Server-01'. (Virtual machine ID 8AC46020-AE68-48D2-A844-012458786582)

Hi,

I'm using server 2019, I am getting the below error on Hyper-V checkpoint. When I try to check on the internet switching from production to standard resolve the issue, but for me I cannot change the check point standard.

Event ID: 18016 : Production checkpoints cannot be created for 'Server-01'.

Event ID: 18012 : Checkpoint operation for 'Server-01' failed.

Due to this cloud backup is effecting. Can anyone help resolving this issue.

    Hello there,

    The system cannot create production checkpoints: When there isn't enough space. When the required Hyper-V Integration Services aren't running on the virtual machine.

    The common cause for these error messages is that incorrect file and folder permissions were set. This issue may occur in the following situations:

    Permissions for the snapshot folder are incorrect.

    A VM was improperly moved from another Hyper-V host, and correct permissions were not set.

    Hyper-V needs to be rebooted.
