getTeamsTeamActivityDetail - activities included and Last Activity Date rules

Question

Looking for more details for getTeamsTeamActivityDetail - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/reportroot-getteamsteamactivitydetail?view=graph-rest-beta:

1. More details of when Last Activity Date can be empty. Is it only when there isn't at all an activity in the team or it takes into the account the report date range, so if there isn't an activity in the report date range it will be empty?
2. Is there somewhere a detailed list of actions that are taken into the account as activities? For example if a chat is deleted, or a SharePoint document is accessed/open, will these be treated as activities?
3. Currently it seems that activities made from Graph API with App Only context are not taken into the account. For example Graph API -> Add user to Team. Will this change before switching to v 1.0?
