You'll have to remove the authenticator app from your sign-in methods and re-add it.

    1. Go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info (business account) or https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional?mkt=en-US&refd=account.microsoft.com&refp=security (personal account)
    2. Remove/Delete the existing Authenticator app
    3. Click Add a new way to sign in or verify/Add sign-in method
    4. Select Use an app/Authenticator app
    5. Follow the prompts and instructions to add back the Authenticator app
