Report Wizard missing in VS2022

In VS2022 I downloaded and installed the Microsoft RDLC Report Designer 2022 but I still can't find the report.

    The extension you mentioned is just for being able to add local reports to an existing C#/VB project for use in Report Viewer which is it's own NuGet package. It isn't the full blown SQL Server RDL support that comes from the larger Microsoft Reporting Services Projects that is designed to work with SSRS and contains the same designers. Those templates would show up under the categories you mentioned.

    For the designer you installed look under C# Items` directly and/or search for `Report. That is where these RDLC templates reside.
