Hi, last week I setup an Azure AD account that we use for SSO testing with Microsoft authenticator 2fa however my phone that I associated with this has since died and I can no longer login to Azure as it prompts me to go to authenticator app to approve. Is there a way I can disable the 2fa on the relevant account or is there anyone I can contact to do so as i'm struggling to find where to go (FYI this is actually for another account and not the one I am using to report this ticket, as I cannot get this far with the affected account due to authentication needed!)

If you have alternate verification methods, when prompted for verification click on Sign in another way.

Otherwise, an admin (or if you happen to have another account with admin privileges) will have to reset your MFA for you; this is done by going to Microsoft 365 admin center > Azure Active Directory > Users > All users > Search and select desired user > Authentication methods and from here you can either click Require re-register multifactor authentication or under Authentication contact info directly change/provide a phone number and/or email address, then click Save.
