Hello Danilo, welcome to the Q&A
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is only available for Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows 10 Education, and Windows 10 Pro editions. Unfortunately, Windows 10 Home edition is not supported.
This is likely the reason why the two computers running Windows 10 Home were not able to enroll in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
If you are planning to use Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for your organization, you will need to make sure that all computers are running a supported edition of Windows 10. You may also want to consider upgrading those two computers to a supported edition, or replacing them with computers that meet the requirements.
