Hi,

One homeworker, out of about 100 AVD users, has started experiencing frequent disconnects with the error, "Two computers couldn't connect in the amount of time allotted."

Swapped the laptop, used a different sign-in but it still happens over the Wi-Fi despite everything else working without problems. Can't find anything useful logged. What could be causing this?

Thanks,

Paul

    Hi

    a few questions on this:

    • Is this user connecting to a Personal Desktop or a Pooled Host?
    • What client method (RD Client/Store Client/Web) are they using to connect and what version? Have you tried different methods with same result?
    • Is your Host Pool and Session Hosts connected to Log Analytics? If so, does that provide more specific logs to show why the user or device cannot access?

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks

We are also seeing this error affecting several users in our AVD/WVD collection.

Same as above - Users will randomly get kicked most the time in under 5 minutes, no apparent difference on what machine they use, what internet connection they use which account is being used.

Doesn't seem to matter if our users use the remote desktop app by MS or a web version for access, they get kicked.
Deleted remote profiles - Made no difference
Made them only use one published app - Made no difference.
