Hi
a few questions on this:
- Is this user connecting to a Personal Desktop or a Pooled Host?
- What client method (RD Client/Store Client/Web) are they using to connect and what version? Have you tried different methods with same result?
- Is your Host Pool and Session Hosts connected to Log Analytics? If so, does that provide more specific logs to show why the user or device cannot access?
