Bulk API to add Responsive Ads, sample does not work?

Hi
I am trying to upload Responsive Ads in bulk to an account. I am using the sample Bulk file at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/advertising/bulk-service/responsive-ad?view=bingads-13
But on upload, any attempt to create a Responsive Ad runs into this issue:
AssetFieldMinimumNotMet: ResponsiveAdHeadlines AssetFieldMinimumNotMet: ResponsiveAdDescriptions
After spending a whole day doc-diving it seems I need to define the Headlines/Descriptiosn using a different column and format then what the sample bulk file suggests.
Could I have a sample of what a correct bulk file upload for a Responsive Ad would look like?
