Hi I cannot open any solution or project that downloaded from internet or github when I click the .sln file VS opens the blue circle starts turning and empty project appears there is nothing in it.

Hello, can you share us the project link that you download from the internet?
Can you successfully create the projects with Visual Studio?
I only had to open solution explorer.I thought it opens itself
Did you open the Solution Explorer (from View menu)?
By the way, it seems that you should complete the updates of Windows and Visual Studio.
I thought solution explorer open itself. Only had to do open SE. I tried about hours :(
