Proper way to confirm number of licenses

Do you want to confirm the number of Office licenses under your account?

• For retail products which are bound with Microsoft account, such as Office 2019 Home & Student, Microsoft 365 Family, you may go to Services & subscriptions to have a check.
• For Business or Enterprise subscriptions which are bound with organization account that assigned to you, such as Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, please go to Subscriptions to have a check.

If you are an adiminsrtrator, and you want to know the number of licenses for organization.

• For volume licensed Office that use KMS, MAk to activate Office, such as Office Standard 2019 , Office LTSC 2021, you need to sign into VLSC to have a check.
• For Business or Enterprise subscriptions, you need to sign into Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Then go to Billing > Licenses.
