log in to your Microsoft account

go to privacy

go to sign in activity

select view my activity.

this will give you device. IP address, location and browser used.

This doesn't actually answer the question.

I, too, am getting MSAA auth request (on my iPhone) but I have removed the accounts they belong as I worked as a consultant for many orgs. Now my account is being used by one of them, and I need to find out which one. There is no logging onto any tenants, I need to find out the Tenant from my iPhone.
