OSD failed with 0x80004005

I'm using SCCM task sequence to install operation system for the new computers, get the following error message:

An error occurred while retrieving policy for this computer(0x80004005). For more information, please contact your system administrator or helpdesk operator.

Anyone can help me with this issue?

    80004005 is very common error code which basically tells you nothing. You need to learn to troubleshoot the OSD, first attempt it try to identify the real reason by reading Query Messages of the Task Sequence from CM console. If nothing will reveal, you need to investigate local logs, first is the tssms.log.

    The error code 0x80004005 is a generic error code which means Access Denied. There may be number of reason behind this and you should analyze smsts.log to understand exact reason behind this error code.
