Hi,

I am the admin for a company, I could check the service health before. however, I can't see it now. The message says" No subscriptions found for current user. To view Service Health events, users must have the reader role on a subscription." I added myself to the reader role, and we don't have any subscriptions. I only need to check the D365 status.

Thanks,

Jason

Hi @Anonymous Make sure you have subscriptions listed on https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Billing/SubscriptionsBlade. Even though you have the role type on the tenant, do you have any subscriptions tied to the account?

Use the Microsoft 365 Service health portal to check for D365.

    1. Go to the Microsoft 365 Service health portal.
      1. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 admin credentials.
    2. In the left-hand menu, select Service health.
    3. On the Service health page, you can see the status of all Microsoft 365 services, including D365. If there is an issue with D365, it will be listed here along with details about the issue and any steps being taken to resolve it.

In case you're already familiar with the steps above, you will need to reach to Dynamics 365 support. Unfortunately, that team doesn't actively monitor this forum for issues.
