Why don't I receive any alerts or notifications from Microsoft shifts on the desktop or web based teams? Mobile works just fine, but being that approvals and changes will go through our office, they need to be alerted through the desktop application.

Same issue here, Nathan. I can see when a schedule has been shared on my mobile phone Shifts app:
But I cannot see these notifications on my desktop or web-based Teams application. ?????
Very frustrating.
