Currently, I suggest you try following steps to have a check.
- Go to Windows Credential Manager, remove the OneDrive credential.
- Go to the Windows Settings, click Accounts and then Access work or school, disconnect the OneDrive account.
- Go to Registry Editor, then please locate to
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\OneDrive
, and delete all registry in it. (Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.)
If the steps do not work, I suggest you delete the folders as below, you can also back them up just in case:
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\OneDrive\cache\qmlcache
- %LOCALAPPDATA%l\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\OneAuth
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\OneAuth\IdentityCache
