How create a Microsoft school or work account?

Mainly when i open Minecraft education edition, it is asking for me for to log into my work or school account... which i do not have.

An organizational account, previously known as Microsoft Online Services ID, is an account created by an organization’s administrator to enable access to Microsoft organizational services or Microsoft cloud service subscriptions, such as Office 365 or Windows Intune.

How does an individual (freelance writer/graphic artist) with an MS365 personal account ascend to having the capability to create a one-user work account? In theory, I am a one-person organization and would like to gain access to a smaller portion of the apps that would thereby be available (were I able to create a work account). All of my research to this end has meandered around such a possibility without directly addressing it.

so it means that only the school/office can create that account and we can't.
