Hi,

I am currently experiencing an issue with my Microsoft 11 HP PC and connecting to a VPN (Virtual Private Network). When I attempt to connect to the VPN, something appears to be blocking the connection, preventing me from establishing a secure and private connection to the remote network.

I have attempted to disable the firewall settings in both the Windows Defender app and in S mode, but this has not resolved the issue. I am unsure what is causing this blockage and how to proceed.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue. Are there any other security settings or software that could be blocking the VPN connection? What steps can I take to check my network settings and ensure that they are properly configured for a VPN connection?

Thank you in advance for your help and guidance.

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Disable ipv6 from Network card -> TCP/IP settings.
    3. Please verify Date and time should be correct and sync.
    4. Please try to connect to any other Network or Internet provider.
