Azure Role just to change personal information

Hi all!

I need a Role for some users that allow just update personal information as phone number. I'm not able to find a role that give just access to do that. No other caracteristic is needed, just update personal information.

    There's no such role, the minimum you can use currently is User admin. You can either wait for more robust RBAC/roles, or if you are using Office 365/Exchange Online, use the available roles therein.

    The closest would be User Administrator.
