Depends on whether the mail server is Exchange / IMAP

For IMAP Migration, there is a restriction in mailbox size and the number of days ( 90 days)

There are multiple 3rd party migration tools like Avepoint, cloudiway & Bit titan.

Microsoft 365 or Office 365 supports several methods to migrate email, calendar, and contact data from your existing messaging environment to Microsoft 365 or Office 365.
