Are all sent email displayed duplicate?
And does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?
In addition, does this issue occur in Outlook desktop client?
If so, in order to further confirm if the issue is related to Outlook client, please log in to web mail and sent test email to check if the issue still exists.
If everything is ok on web mail, what's the type of your account? (Exchange/POP/IMAP) If you are using an IMAP account, please refer to this official article and try the solution: IMAP Sent Messages are duplicated and unread in Sent Items folder.
If you are using other type account, considering that it may be caused by the damage of the profile/data file in the Outlook client, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile (Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.
