OneDrive and Vs-Code are not working properly together

Question

Hello, question from a student. I am building a web-project with react, node(typescript). This project, that should be a part of my refrence-sites for applying is nearly done.

In the last days I have got a windows update. After that, all the data on my desktop was automatically moved into the OneDrive folder. When I try to move my project folder out of the OneDrive Folder, I get: 0 data found.

The code is still in vs-code but the whole computer works terrible. I cannot type a word in vs-code without problems. When I do a npm start the computer crushes or if the website opens, vs-code needs twelve minutes for every new npm start. And endless for a compiling. When I try to upload any image to my web-project, that was stored on my desktop, or I load new from the web, there is no extension anymore, so it can't be stored in the database. Currently I get an alert that index.pack.old is latetly deleted from OneDrive. I don't know what that means because I not deleted anything and I don't know this file.
