Can't add account in Authenticator because asking me for a code from that same app

Hi,
After a factor reset of my phone, I lost all my data on that device.
I'm trying to add my account used to benefit from my action-pack subscription into the Authenticator app in order to use my benefits, among other, grant a VS license to one of our employee.
However, the account addition procedure ask me to verify my identity using... the Authentificator app. Which I can't use since I'm currently trying to add that same account into the app.
The only other identification option offered is a code which I can get... from that same app. Again, same problem since I haven't been able to add my account into the app.
So basically I'm stuck, and one of our developer can't work since I'm not able to grand him a Visual Studio license.
I had a chat with MS support, MS should have called me by phone within 48h but that haven't been the case.
Please help me ASAP - too much time and money lost already because of that !!!!!
