Unable to establish connection to azure from pfsense openvpn

We have a PFsense in the office acting as a router with an IPSec connection to Azure VNET that has a few VMs on it. Whenever I'm at the office, I have no trouble reaching machines in the Azure VNET.

We also have is an OpenVPN server set up on the same PFSense (virtual network)
When I use my OpenVPN app form home I am unable to access machines on Azure. How to resolve it?

Can you provide more information on the troubleshooting steps you have taken. I have found this article here which takes you through the steps of setting it up https://thetechl33t.com/2020/05/18/azure-site-to-site-vpn-with-pfsense/

Something that may be the issue is that your site to site VPN has been created, but you haven't modified the routes on your local router to route traffic down the new tunnel.

I'd also recommend using our VPN troubleshooting tool as part of network watcher to try and diagnose the issue https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/network-watcher/network-watcher-troubleshoot-overview

There is nothing wrong with the setup I am able to make connection when I am in office network but when I am in home and connected to my Open vpn(pfsense) I am not able to make connection. I am thinking that there is something I need to add in open vpn client so that I can make connection.

I can see that you have edited the original question and provided more clarity, so thank you very much.

Unfortunately I cannot help you with non-Microsoft products, but at a guess, it is still a routing issue with the OpenVPN client having no details of the routes needed to get from your home to Azure via the PFSense network
