I have few knowledge bases created in language cognitive service, I want to create a automatic deployment under such condition using logic app or from code?

I'm asking about the projects which we created in https://language.cognitive.azure.com/ in this cognitive service portal we can create custom questions answering projects
Here we will create QnA projects and Knowledge bases and we've to deploy them. I want to automate that deployment. Is there any api or any logic app trigger to automate the Custom Question Answering deployment.
I understood and I have given the URL for custom question answering and not for the depreciated QnA maker. The put method is just an example of how to deploy the project ( in the existing QnA maker it's called Knowledgebase ). There are a couple of APIs available in the custom QnA document, Which one do you want to use for Automate you can use it. I mean automation you can use this API URL (HTTP client call ).
The Url which you shared is for Conversation Language Understanding (CLU) not for custom question answering.
For custom question answering we won't be having the deployment name. The link / api which you shared required deployment name which will be there for CLU
I tried this api which is mentioned in the below documentation
But getting 401 , I'm using proper subscription key and api endpoints
