Changing messaging endpoint of Microsoft teams bot after publishing the app to teams store?

Can I change the messaging endpoint of my microsoft teams bot after it has been published to microsoft teams? Do I have to do an entire re-submission of the application or can I change the messaging endpoint easily even after the bot is published?

    If you want to change the messaging endpoint of your MS Teams bot after it has been published to Microsoft Teams, then you need to do an entire re-submission of the application.
