Can't access my phone number and 2FA is block access.

Question

I accidentally cancelled my phone number and can't access my account because 2FA protocol is blocking me. I still know my password and username. I can't ask my company admin to take care of this problem because I am that administrator of the company. I also can't access office 365 account and assign my employee account. Is there any way to fix this?

this is why it is best practice to have more than one admin in a tenant and/or a break glass admin account.
