Why has my expired certification not updated on Credly or in my Microsoft Cerification Profile?

I earned the SC-400 certification a few weeks ago.

This was a certification that I had previously earned but I had accidentally let expire.

After passing the certification, it still has not updated on Credly or my microsoft cerfication profile and still shows as expired.

I have seen other questions about this issue on here - is there any idea on how this issue can be resolved?

I plan to take another expired certification soon and would like to be able to find a solution to this.

Below is a picture of the "pass" status almost a month ago via the PearsonVUE website.

Thanks!

I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question

    Dashboard

    Certification Profile/Certification Dashboard

Microsoft Certification / Exams / Score Reports or Exam Results

Microsoft Certification / Certification Profile / Transcript / Missing Exams or Certifications

Recommend you post your question in Certification forum. The support moderators over there can help fix your profile so it shows correct information:
