2 User's have the same issue: trying to log into the work Teams account prompted to use/verify through the authenticator app Both don't have their work Teams account added yet in the app When they try to add the work teams account, they are prompted for a code No code can be retrieved because the work teams account is not added in the app yet, its like a loop they cant choose another option or not use the authenticator app, it always loops back and in the end they cant get the code since their teams account is not added in the app yet. Any tips? Thank you

2 User's have the same issue:
