Azure bill sent for free trail

Hi,

I was using free trial subscription until 22 Feb, 2023. A week ago I was sent a mail regarding payment for period 22 January 2023–21 February 2023. I later upgraded the subscription to Pay-as-you-Go after 22 Feb, but why am I being charged and asked to pay for free trial period ??? Kindly please cancel those charges.
