Unable to leave azure directory

I have an issue with leaving azure tenant. My account was in azure tenant, but I want to leave it.

Tenant shows in "Azure Portal -> Portal settings | Directories + subscriptions":User's image

But it is not visible in "Azure Portal -> Azure Active Directory -> Menage Tenants" list.

Link https://myaccount.microsoft.com?tenantId=97e151a1-d4fd-... also does not allow me to leave organization. I have an error:

Can you help me to leave an organization?

    For the external organizations listed under Other organizations you collaborate with, you might not be able to leave on your own, for example when:

    • the organization you want to leave doesn’t allow users to leave by themselves
    • your account has been disabled
