I have taken the exam AI-900 fundamentals but didn't get any mail or certificate regarding that

Actually while taking the the examiner asked me to press Ctrl Alt Del at at time because of no proper video. But the exam was going to complete in one minute but he forced me to press those buttons. I pressed and got exited from the application without submitting. Because of that I can't see my result in the certification dashboard. How to solve this issue.
