DAPAC deployment publish profile drop objects not in source is not honoured

Question

Hi All,

In our SSDT solution, we set the publish profile xml property DropObjectsNotInSource to false. But its still dropping table columns and indexes in databases while deployment.

Is any workaround to overcome this issue?
