We did push the window updates and one of the third party application stopped working as usual. It has four modules and the services are set to start/run automatically. However, that's not the case right now since the services stopped running automatically.

Below is analysis for Dart logs and results from a windows 10 machine installed with Cisco AnyConnect client.

    Hi Dominic Morara,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Learn!

You can try below mentioned troubleshooting.

In Start menu, search for Windows Security, and select the app in the search results.

    Choose App & browser control.

    Select Reputation-based protection settings.

    Turn off the following options:
    Check apps and files.
    Potentially unwanted app blocking
    SmartScreen for Microsoft Store apps

    Launch the app.

If that doesn't fix the problem, you can try to uninstall the Cisco software and install the latest from the cisco website.

    Please update with your findings.

    Sincerely,

    CK
