"Send As" From Outlook Web

User A has full access and send as permissions to User B and Shared Mailbox A. I've enabled the option to show the From field in Outlook web, but when I try to send mail from the other mailbox, I receive the message "You don't have permission to send messages from this mailbox.", not a bounceback. I tested User A's profile in Outlook (which they are not licensed for -- please do not suggest this), and the emails went through and were delivered. Where is the option to "send as" in Outlook web? I could give them more permissions on User B's mailbox, but on Shared Mailbox A I am limited to "send as" and "read and manage", both of which they already have.

Im not clear which mailbox you are trying to send from, but if you have full and send as access to it, instead of changing the the FROM field, open the other mailbox directly in Outlook web access and send a message from there:

    Hi @Gabriel_CSX

“I've enabled the option to show the From field in Outlook web, but when I try to send mail from the other mailbox, I receive the message "You don't have permission to send messages from this mailbox.", not a bounceback“

According to my tests, everything works fine when I click the “From” button in OWA and select “Other email address” to send mails from another account that I have the “send as” permission. I noticed that you mentioned that it works in the Outlook client, so the delegation permission should be fine.

My suggestions are that you can try to change the browsers or use another user account to give permission and try again.
