How do I change my personal information

My name is Shekenah White and I am having issues gaining access to an old account. I do not have access to my . I'm trying to sign on to my account and I can't get past the two step verification. I believe that someone has been using my account but I need to be able to access my Microsoft account in order to use my Google authentication app.

    If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form

    Use the Get Help app here to chat online with someone by clicking link

    then "Windows", then underneath "home support" click on Get support in the Get Help Windows app
